Return Policy

We at RustGo aim to deliver quality products in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where a return is necessary, please review the following return policy carefully.

1. When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The delivery package is visibly tampered or damaged before opening
• The product inside the package is found damaged upon opening, with proper unboxing video proof

Note: In either case, the product must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories.

2. No Returns in Other Cases

We do not accept returns for any of the following reasons:

• Change of mind after placing the order
• Wrong product ordered by customer
• Minor packaging dents or delivery delays

3. Replacement Only

If the product inside the sealed package is damaged, it can be returned and will be replaced with the same product. No refund will be issued under any circumstance.

4. Proof Required

To initiate a return, customers must provide a full unboxing video that clearly shows:

• Package condition before opening
• All angles of the sealed product
• Any visible damage to the item

5. Agreement

By purchasing from RustGo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Return Policy, and agree to its terms fully.
